To minimize the risks from volatile stock markets, SpringerNature, the publisher of science magazine Nature, has proposed a Frankfurt listing valued at 7 billion euros ($8.6 billion) including debt. The company, which also prints Scientific American, plans to launch its IPO in May. Bookrunners Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas, and global coordinators JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley, have been appointed to help with the listing.
